NANCY MURDER CASE IN BIHAR

Mahadeva Math is a village of district Madhubani In Bihar state, where  a girl of twelve years old was murdered brutally named Nancy( the name of victim should not be disclosed but media ,social media as well as relatives of said girl disclosed the name). She was kidnapped on 25th May 2017 during she was returning to home from school. 2 Kidnappers on bike came and kidnapped the girl. her relatives registered police complaint but no result find. On 27 May 2017  very badly decomposed body of Nancy was recovered from bed of a nearby river Tilyuga. The condition of dead body was showing how brutally she was murdered.It was difficult to recognise the dead body.
The post-mortem report of victim confirmed she had been strangled to death. The state Govt. has handed over the case to SIT but her relatives are not satisfy with state Govt;s action, they want CBI enquiry in this case.Medical report ruled out for rape. The state police has arrested two suspected  accused but no final outcome has been established in this case.

For justice to Nancy Candle March and agitations have been reported from Bihar and New Delhi. On 4th June 2017  a large number of people took out a march and staged a dharna at Jantar-Mantar to demand justice for 6th class student Nancy.
